What are the different ways to connect with AKSSTAGGA about particular products?
There will be an enquiry form on our website at the category, connection and contact us page, you can send us a direct query, we will be happy to provide you with detailed information , other method is to book an appointment via WhatsApp for a one to one audio or video call where you can discuss about the product in detail.
We would be posting updates regularly on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. This will keep you updated about upcoming collections, promotions, and blogs.

What is ‘My Account’?
Creating an account helps us maintain our conversation history so we can serve you better as we discuss and come to know to your requirements.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on AKSSTAGGA?
No, you do not need to have an account to shop on AKSSTAGGA, if the product is available you can purchase it by just contacting us via WhatsApp or email. COD is not available so complete payment will have to be made in advance via payment modes offered. We encourage membership because we are in bespoke design, if you want to design your own product using our showcase design portrayed on the website, it is advisable to have your own account. If you are a repeat loyal customer you will always have an edge over non-members.

How do I register?
To register, you just need to click on the top right of our website. Click on the ‘Login’ option to create your account.
Payments

What payment options can I use ?
We do not take payments through the website. We support Google pay, Paytm and Account Transfer as the methods of payments

Are there any hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. The prices provided for each product are the final prices inclusive of GST and you wouldn’t be asked to pay any more than that.
Orders

How do I know once my order is confirmed?
After the payment is authorized we will communicate to you the order confirmation and Order no. with dispatch details through email / whatsapp.
If you are ordering the showcased product 100% of the payment would be charged upfront and the product will be dispatched.
If the product requires customisation, based on our communicaiton, 50% payment will be charged upfront and 50% after your product has been completed and you receive the picture of the completed product. The product will be dispatched after the complete payment is received.

Do you take orders over the phone?
Yes, that is possible but you will have to book an appointment via WhatsApp or email if you want to add anything other specific instructions.

What is the estimated delivery time?
Showcased products on the site are considered ready to ship. If the product requires customisation, then the estimated time for the customisation will be communicated to you. Once the product is ready, the shipping time would depent on the destination city within India.
Typically it takes 5-6 days for all metros & Tier 1 cities. Tier 2 & 3 cities may take 6 to 8 days. Some remote places may take 7-10.
Due to unforeseen reasons there might be delay in shipments and would appreciate your patience. We would definitely try our best to get your shipment delivered as soon as
possible.

How are orders placed on www.aksstagga.com delivered to me?
Once the order is placed, we ship the order through one of our courier partners and in case of NCR we might hand deliver. Once your order has been shipped you will get an email or a WhatsApp message informing you of the details of the courier partner and an AWB number using which you can track your shipment. Furthermore, we would also share the estimated delivery dates via message or email.

Can I pre-order a product which is sold out?
Yes, you can but as all our designs are unique the base can be same but we prefer to add your special feature to it.

Can I cancel my order?
In case of uncustomised showcased products, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the product requires customisaiton, It can be cancelled until the initial 50% payment is made. After the payment, we start work on your product immediately and no cancellation or refund is possible.

Do you take international orders (outside India)?
Yes. It is possible for us to deliver your shipment to your country but estimated cost of customs duty may vary from predicted costs. We would need the complete shipping address along with a local contact number.

Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges will be applicable as per actuals and will be communicated to you as part of order confirmation.

How does the delivery process work?
AKSSTAGGA will be using only reputed logistics provider like FEDEX, Blue Dart, etc. with insurance to deliver products to your doorsteps.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
We will provide you the AWB number provided by the courier partner for your order. The order can be tracked using the the courier vendor's site.

Is Cash On Delivery payment option available?
No, sorry for inconvenience but as our products are unique and made to order we only dispatch once the full payment is received.

What do I do if my shipment has been tampered with?
If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at aksstagga@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID and the picture of the package state. We ship all products through insured delivery.
We will work with you and the delivery partner to repair / replace the product or provide you a refund depending on a case to case basis.
Product Queries

Are the products shown on website accurate?
Products on our website are handmade. We take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the colour of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor / mobile phone screens / laptops etc. and the actual product.

Can I get a product customized in a particular combination or design?
Yes, in-fact that is one of our values. You can contact us directly with your requirement by booking an appointment for one-to-one customization of your product.

How can I find out about the details about the product sizing, material and colour?
All the products listed on our website have detailed product descriptions. When you click on the product you like, you will be taken to the Product Page. On this page, you can find product sizes, Material, Colour and Washing Instructions mentioned in details. We personalize all the other details.
Refunds and Exchange Policy

What is your policy for Returns/Exchange?
Returns, refunds and exchange is only possible in case of the manufacturing defect/damaged product/wrong product. Refunds are almost rare. Exchange is possible (only for showcase ready products) but within the timeframe of 5 days of receiving the product. For all other products kindly inform us of the problem related to the product immediately with a proper proof and courier it back to us. Minor repairs are valid for a year from the date of purchase (shipping to be borne by customers).

What if my product is defective/damaged?
If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to immediately inform us or within the time frame of maximum 5 days of receiving the product. We would need a proper proof that the product is damaged at our end and not at your end as we go through a lengthy and detailed process of quality check. Since we do not have reverse shipping, you would have to ship the product back to us at our cost.

When is the refund initiated?
Refunds are rare and possible in case if products are damaged beyond repair due to any fault at our end. In such rare circumstances refund will be initiated within the time frame of 7-8 working days.

What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product?
If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement if proper evidence is provided within the time-frame of 5 days. We would recommend you to always make a video while you open the product and check the product thoroughly at the time of receiving it.

Can I exchange a product?
Only possible in case of ready and showcase products. It will also depend on the availability of product of your choice.

Do you have a cancellation/refund/exchange policy for International customers?
Returns, refunds and exchange is only possible in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product for international customers also but would be challenging and expensive due to the laws of the said country.
Discounts and Fitting

Do you have discount for first time buyers?
No, we do not have any discount for first time buyers other than the ones mentioned on website. However, we have schemes for our loyal repeat customers which we will keep informing them from time to time.

Can I order through Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook?
You can order but your product will be blocked for 24 hours only within which your payment is supposed to be made.

Are there physical stores for AKSSTAGGA?
We are mostly an digital store but we have a small studio in Noida in NCR region where we entertain customers via appointment only. Other than that you will be informed of the exhibitions we take part in.

Can I buy fabrics from you?
No, we sell only finished products stitched or unstitched.
